BEBASSIN
BEBASSIN is a biological insecticide. The technical name is Beauveria bassiana.
Beauveria bassiana is a naturally occurring entomopathogenic fungi, which causes disease known as the white muscadine disease in insects. The fungus does not infect humans and other animals and is considered as an insecticide.
These formulations are specifically manufactured to enhance the insecticidal activity and biological stability.

Description
Mode of action
When the spores of the fungus come in contact with the cuticle (skin) of the susceptible insects, they germinate and grow directly through the cuticle into the inner body of the host. The fungus proliferates throughout the body, producing toxins and draining the insect of nutrients eventually killing it.
Target pests
Stem borer, weevils, aphids, Thrips, Termites, Leaf hopper, Leaf feeding insects, Colorado potato beetles, corn borer, White flies, codling moth, mealy bugs, beetles, weevils and Mites etc.,
Dosage
1Kg or 500ml BEBASSIN + 1 Kg Jaggery in 200 liters of water for one acre spray.
Methord of Application
Mix the required amount of BEBASSIN along with required amount of water and jaggery, stir well to form an uniform suspension. Spray immediately after preparation. Spraying should be done during late afternoon or early morning hours. Thorough coverage of both sides of leaf surfaces is must to get excellent results. For speedy action, higher dosage may be applied. Use natural wetting agent for better results.
Soil Application
Dissolve (2 Kg or 1 Lit in 400 lit water and drench around the root zone area.
Compatibility
BEBASSIN is compatible with most bio-pesticides and conventional insecticides. It should not be mixed with any chemical fungicides.
Storage
Keep in dry and cool place. Do not expose to direct sunlight or heat.
